My training and experience
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon and a Certified Hakomi Therapist. My MA in Counseling Psychology is from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and my BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology is from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
My experience as a parent and my background in the high-tech corporate world give me additional insight to help you balance work and life, meaningful contribution and self-care.
I rely on more than twenty years of Vipassana and other forms of meditation to help me remember that we are embodied, aware beings anchored by our breath.
