Telehealth Counseling in Oregon and Washington
Validation, Feedback and Nourishing Support
I offer online counseling in Oregon and Washington to help you clarify your feelings, better understand yourself, and address what is keeping you from having a meaningful and satisfying life.
As we work together one-on-one, you gradually begin to build your awareness of your unique emotions, mind, and body.
Counseling helps you see and understand yourself for who you really are, change long-time habits of thinking and behavior, and dissolve emotional limitations.
It enhances your ability to make different choices and live your life with passion. In the process, your healing unfolds.

Ring the bells that still can ring, forget your perfect offering,
There is a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in.
– Leonard Cohen
Does this sound familiar?
You find yourself challenged by anxiety. You have fears about particular situations or hesitate to leave your house or put yourself in social situations. You find it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep.
There are events in your past that you are having trouble putting to rest. Perhaps a recent event has triggered thoughts or feelings about something that happened that still troubles you and leaves you unsettled or afraid.
You find yourself feeling sad or unmotivated every day. You feel detached or uncommitted to your life. Perhaps you even wonder why you are here.
You long to have a happy relationship but you see yourself stuck in a pattern where healthy relationships continue to elude you.
You’d like to explore using your creative gifts in a more significant way. Making that commitment, however, sounds like a risk you are not sure you are ready to take.
You want to make the efforts of your life mean something. But how?
I believe people have an innate capacity to learn and grow.
Counseling
I provide individual and group therapy to adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, traumatic stress and addiction. I also work with people who are unclear about who they really are, feel as though life has lost its meaning, or are looking for a new direction.
SoulCollage®
I believe creativity is available to all of us and invite you to engage with your own creative process in whatever form it may take. One of the most effective methods I know of exploring yourself through creativity is SoulCollage®, an experiential type of art that often sparks deep meaning and rich insight.
